Question

“How can there ever be peace… when we, ourselves, are not peaceable?”

“Is world peace possible?”

Dalai Lama:

If we try to secure the well-being of others, we will, at the same time, create the conditions for our own. So be kind whenever possible. It is always possible. Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions. I find hope in the darkest of days, and focus in the brightest. I do not judge the universe. If you can, help others; if you cannot do that, at least do not harm them.Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck. Happiness comes through taming the mind;
without taming the mind there is no way to be happy. When you generate a reasoned desire for others to be happy, your humanity increases in strength. The more contact we have with one another and the more we come to understand each other’s values, the greater will be our mutual respect. Enemies teach us inner strength, courage and determination. I feel that a sense of compassion is the most precious thing there is. The point of our existence is that, as human beings, we live purposeful, meaningful lives. Even a small experience of altruism brings a measure of mental peace right away. If you focus only on yourself and neglect others, you will lose; but you will gain if you value others as much as you cherish yourself. The practice of love can be expressed in one sentence: ‘Do not harm others’. We must work to resolve conflicts in a spirit of reconciliation and always keep others’ interests in mind. Moral ethics are the basis of world peace.

What is the essence of progress?

We need an inarable combination of material and internal, or spiritual, progress.Love and compassion arising with a clear recognition of the importance and rights of others will reach even those who would do you harm. Put this question to yourself: should I use everyone else to attain happiness, or should I help others gain happiness ? You must not consider tolerance and patience to be signs of weakness. I consider them signs of strength.

My own experience, and that of others, has shown me the degree to which positive mental attitudes bring progress and happiness to oneself and others. A calm and peaceful mind is something very essential. Just one small positive thought in the morning can change your whole day and the message of love and compassion will travel far and wide if all who follow a spiritual path work together in harmony and mutual respect.

What is the essence of Love?

When I speak about love I don’t do so as a Buddhist, or a Tibetan, or as the , but as one human being to another so always remember, an open heart is an open mind. To control negative physical and verbal actions, it is necessary to get at their root, the mind, and tame it. The purpose of our lives is to be happy so f we find we cannot help others, the least we can do is to desist from harming them. We must generate courage equal to the size of the difficulties we face. The very purpose of spiritual practice is to help others to be happy. Taking a realistic view and cultivating a proper motivation can also shield you against feelings of fear and anxiety whether we like it or not, we’re all connected, and it is unthinkable to be happy all by oneself. Love, compassion and concern for others are real sources of happiness. The practice of cultivating altruism has a beneficial effect not only from a religious point of view but also from a mundane point of view. We are all part of the human community so compassion is a deep desire to see others relieved of suffering; love is the other facet, a strong wish to see others happy. Think clear, we all have the right to lead happy lives. Being motivated by compassion and love, respecting the rights of others – this is the real practice of religion.

Live one day at a time Dalai Lama

“What is your religious tradition?

All major religious traditions carry basically the same message, that is love, compassion and forgiveness the important thing is they should be part of our daily lives. Anger cannot be overcome by anger. In the practice of tolerance, one’s enemy is the best teacher. If a person shows anger to you, and you show anger in return, the result is a disaster.Without a sense of equanimity, unbiased love and compassion cannot even get started. Without inner peace, without inner calm, it is difficult to find lasting peace. Today, when we face problems or disagreements, we have to arrive at solutions through dialogue. If we want spiritual development, the practice of patience is essential. When you have moistened your mind with love, you can begin to meditate on compassion. If you treat people as brothers or sisters, they respond accordingly. Everyone can understand from natural experience and common sense that affection is crucial from the day of birth; it is the basis of life. Non violence is a sign of strength; violence is a sign of desperation and weakness. We can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves.

Will the world change?

Change?  My dear friend, the way to change others minds is with affection, and not anger. Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck. you know an open heart is an open mind. Let me remind You There is a saying in Tibetan that says  ‘Tragedy should be utilized as a source of strength” So, The goal is not to be better than the other man, but your previous self and change with happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions. Be kind and conquer oneself to a greater victory than to conquer thousands in a battle as the world doesn’t belong to leaders who do not change. The world doesn’t belong to corrupt leaders. The world belongs to all humanity. The more you are motivated to change  by love, the more fearless and free your action will be.

Where lies the ultimate authority?

Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck and the ultimate authority must always rest with the individual’s own reason and critical analysis. We can live without religion and meditation, but we cannot survive without human affection and we can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves. Be kind whenever possible and it is always possible. The roots of all goodness lie in the soil of appreciation for goodness. Be kind as the ultimate authority as you asked me just ago, must always rest with the individual’s own reason and critical analysis. Where egoism or ignorance is our master, there is no possibility of real peace. Happiness is not something ready-made as it comes from your heart. If you can, help others; if you cannot do that, at least do not harm them. If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion. My religion is kindness so remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck.

Tell me about your relation with youir neighbours.

Taking care of our neighbors’ interests is essentially taking care of our own future. Wonderful spiritual qualities, such as unbounded love and compassion, are present as potentials in all our minds.Friends, genuine friends, have much more to do with whether we have a warm heart, not money or power. We have the ability and the responsibility to choose whether our actions follow a virtuous path or not. Religion have become synonymous with deep philosophical issues, but it is love and compassion that lie at the heart of religion. By extending our ordinary feelings of love and concern beyond their usual biased limits, love is freed from the restrictions of attachment. We should value our enemies because they provide us with unique opportunities to practice patience, tolerance and forbearance.

“What is most important in your life?”

The most important thing is to love and have a sense of responsibility, commitment, and concern for each of our fellow human beings. The world’s major religious traditions all give the development of compassion a key role. When we wish to help others and try to do so, our attitude is more positive and relationships become easier. To arrive at certainty, you need to start from a skeptical posture. The best scientists are impartial, not swayed by their own beliefs.Only through kindness and love can peace of mind be achieved. The quality of altruism is fundamental, in my opinion, and will fill our daily lives with serenity and happiness. The aim of spiritual practice is to become the friend of all beings, concerned about them and ready and able to help them. All major religious traditions carry basically the same message, that is love, compassion and forgiveness the important thing is they should be part of our daily lives.

Dalai Lama speaks in Tibet 2014

“How did you survive the times of crise”

The times of crise? Well, if you have fear of some pain or suffering, you should examine whether there is anything you can do about it. If you can, there is no need to worry about it; if you cannot do anything, then there is also no need to worry. If you don’t love yourself, you cannot love others. You will not be able to love others. If you have no compassion for yourself then you are not able of developing compassion for others.
It is always possible to give and share, happiness is not something ready made, It comes from your own actions. find hope in the darkest of days, and focus in the brightest and do not judge the universe. If you can, help others; if you cannot do that, at least do not harm them. Governments and politicians are spoiled and almost all the same, they are not kind to the people and take more and more. Who does earn a fortune and doesnt share is no good. Wise men listen to the people and help wherever it is possible by sharing the wealth with kidness.

What is the basic of the spiritual connection?

Whether we like it or not, we’re all connected, and it is unthinkable to be happy all by oneself. Love, compassion and concern for others are real sources of happiness. The practice of cultivating altruism has a beneficial effect not only from a eligious point of view but also from a mundane point of view.We are all part of the human community.Compassion is a deep desire to see others relieved of suffering; love is the other facet, a strong wish to see others happy. We all have the right to lead happy lives.Being motivated by compassion and love, respecting the rights of others – this is the real practice of religion. Anger cannot be overcome by anger. If a person shows anger to you, and you show anger in return, the result is a disaster. Without a sense of equanimity, unbiased love and compassion cannot even get started.Today, when we face problems or disagreements, we have to arrive at solutions through dialogue.

Can you learn us spiritual development ?

If you want spiritual development?, the practice of patience is essential so when you have moistened your mind with love, you can begin to meditate on compassion and If you treat people as brothers or sisters, they respond accordingly. Without inner peace, without inner calm, it is difficult to find lasting peace.

Could you tell me something about affection?

Affection, oh yes indeed, as veryone can understand from natural experience and common sense that affection is crucial from the day of birth; it is the basis of life. Non violence is a sign of strength; violence is a sign of desperation and weakness. Taking care of our neighbors’ interests is essentially taking care of our own future. Wonderful spiritual qualities, such as unbounded love and compassion, are present as potentials in all our minds. Never forget, an open heart is an open mind and friends, genuine friends, have much more to do with whether we have a warm heart, not money or power.

Which religion is the best?

No religion is the best, as we all have the ability and the responsibility to choose whether our actions follow a virtuous path or not. Religions have become synonymous with deep philosophical issues, but it is love and compassion that lie at the heart of religion. The best remedy is “kindness” so if you have a particular faith or religion, that is good. But you can survive without it. If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion.

“Is there a remedy for war”

The best remedy for war is “kindness”. It is necessary to help others, not only in our prayers, but in our daily lives. If we find we cannot help others, the least we can do is to desist from harming them. It is very important to generate a good attitude, a good heart, as much as possible. From this, happiness in both the short term and the long term for both yourself and others will come. Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive and I tell you: My religion is very simple. My religion is kindness. Old friends pass away, new friends appear. It is just like the days. An old day passes, a new day arrives it is important to make life meaningful: a meaningful friend – or a meaningful day. As war is no good for the world peace is the highest aim of mankind to achieve..

Do you believe in world peace?

The quality of making peace is fundamental, in my opinion, and will fill our daily lives with serenity and happiness.Whatever steps, however small, one can take towards learning to reduce the influence of the negative emotions can be very helpful. We need to consider how our actions, in affecting the environment, are likely to affect others. If we develop a good heart, real appreciation, love and compassion for others, our life will improve.Meet hostility and suspicion with kindness. Helping others out of love is always the best option. It seems wrong to think kindness is exclusively the business of religion; something to be neglected if one isn’t interested in spirituality. The world’s major religious traditions all give the development of compassion a key role. If you use violence, you get temporary satisfaction. But the nature of violence is unpredictable – it gives rise to unexpected results. All good qualities must be sown and cultivated. We can’t expect to change overnight from an ordinary person into one with high realizations. The prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can’t help them, at least don’t hurt them. Sometimes one creates a dynamic impression by saying something, and sometimes one creates as significant an impression by remaining silent.

How often do you pray in the temple?

I have no need for temples at all, no need for religion or complicated philosophies, no need for greed. My brain and my heart are my temples; my philosophy is kindness. This is my simple religion. The point of our existence is that, as human beings, we live purposeful, meaningful lives. Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness. Today, more than ever before, life must be characterized by a sense of Universal responsibility, not only nation to nation and human to human, but also human to other forms of life. We can live without religion and meditation, but we cannot survive without human affection. We can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves. Where ignorance is our master, there is no possibility of real peace. Whether one believes in a religion or not, and whether one believes in rebirth or not, there isn’t anyone who doesn’t appreciate kindness and compassion. With realization of one’s own potential and self-confidence in one’s ability, one can build a better world. If you have a particular faith or religion, that is good. But you can survive without it. If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion. In the practice of tolerance, one’s enemy is the best teacher. It is very important to generate a good attitude, a good heart, as much as possible. From this, happiness in both the short term and the long term for both yourself and others will come.

How do your forgive your enemies?

Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive. Old friends pass away, new friends appear. It is just like the days. An old day passes, a new day arrives. The important thing is to make it meaningful: a meaningful friend – or a meaningful day. Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can’t help them, at least don’t hurt them.Today, more than ever before, life must be characterized by a sense of Universal responsibility, not only nation to nation and human to human, but also human to other forms of life so I.practice love and compassion and forgive as Jesus taught me to do and I will always do for the rest of my life.

What is the ultimate authority ?

The roots of all goodness lie in the soil of appreciation for goodness so the ultimate authority must always rest with the individual’s own reason and critical analysis.Sometimes one creates a dynamic impression by saying something, and sometimes one creates as significant an impression by remaining silent. The point of our existence is that, as human beings, we live purposeful, meaningful lives. My heart and my brains are my temples and my philosophy is kindness whether one believes in a religion or not, and whether one believes in rebirth or not, there isn’t anyone who doesn’t appreciate kindness and compassion so with realization of one’s own potential and self-confidence in one’s ability, one can build a better world.

“Which values are the most important?”

Your feeling, “I am of no value”, is wrong. Absolutely wrong. We all have the power
of thought – so what are you lacking? If you have willpower, then you can change anything. We must recognize that the suffering of one person or one nation is the suffering of humanity. That the happiness of one person or nation is the happiness of humanity. Through violence, you may ‘solve’ one problem, but you sow the seeds for another. As people alive today, we must consider future generations: a clean environment is a human right like any other. It is therefore part of our sponsibility toward others to ensure that the world we pass on is as healthy, if not healthier, than we found it, to conquer oneself is a greater victory than to conquer thousands in a battle and there is a saying in Tibetan: Tragedy should be utilized as a source of strength, no matter what sort of difficulties, how painful experience is, if we lose our hope, that’s our real disaster.

What do you think about Barrack Obama?

Obama is  said to be a man of peace in the eyes of lots of inhabitants and lots of others but there are lots of people wo experienced  that he is  ignorant and not a man of peace at all. The  creatures that inhabit this earth, be they human beings or animals, they are here to contribute, each in its own particular way, to the beauty and prosperity of the world. A spoon cannot taste of the food it carries. Likewise, a foolish man, who is ignorant such as  Barrack cannot understand the wise man´s wisdom even if he associates with a sage. In our struggle for freedom, truth is the only weapon we possess.

What is the meaning of inner strength?

When you generate a reasoned desire for others to be happy, your humanity increases in strength. The more contact we have with one another and the more we come to understand each other’s values, the greater will be our mutual respect. Enemies teach us inner strength, courage and determination. I feel that a sense of compassion is the most precious thing there is.  The point is that, as human beings, we live purposeful, meaningful lives and do not act as fools such as Obama. Even a small experience of altruism brings mental peace right away so if you focus only on yourself and neglect others, you will always lose; but you will gain if you value others as much as you cherish yourself. The practice of love can be expressed in one sentence: ‘Do not harm others’.

What is the source of existance?

The point of our existence is that, as human beings, we live purposeful, meaningful lives. We must work to resolve conflicts in a spirit of reconciliation and always keep others’ interests in mind. Moral ethics are the basis of world peace. We need an inarable combination of material and internal, or spiritual, progress. Love and compassion arising with a clear recognition of the importance and rights of others will reach even those who would do you harm.

Instructions for live Dalai Lama

Instructions for a happy life by the Dalai Lama

Where ends tolerance?

Put this question to yourself: should I use everyone else to attain happiness, or should I help others gain happiness? You must not consider tolerance and patience to be signs of weakness. I consider them signs of strength. My own experience, and that of others, has shown me the degree to which positive mental attitudes bring happiness to oneself and others.A calm and peaceful mind is something very essential. The message of love and compassion will travel far and wide if all who follow a spiritual path work together in harmony and mutual respect. If we try to secure the well-being of others, we will, at the same time, create the conditions for our own. The quality of altruism is fundamental, in my opinion, and will fill our daily lives with serenity and happiness.Human potential is the same for all. Your feeling, “I am of no value”, is wrong. Absolutely wrong. You are deceiving yourself. We all have the power of thought – so what are you lacking?

How to remove corrupt Governments?

If you have willpower, then you can change anything. All Governments should praktize kindness. It is usually said that you are your own master. Whatever steps, however small, one can take towards learning to reduce the negative influence of former PM Guy Verhofstadt and the war criminals Berreck Obama, Marc Rutte, Angela Merkel,Emmanuel Macron as well. Those unfriendly politicians cannot be trusted as they are not honest. They  provided lots of agressive regimes with weapons and supported rebels and mass murderers. They ordered the bombing of innocent  people such as Yedzis and Kurds in Syria and that is an unforgivable crime against humanity, so, it can be very helpful to realize we need to consider how our actions, in affecting the environment and the political arena, are likely to affect others and therefore we need to develop a good heart, real appreciation, love and compassion to improve ourselves and elect friendly wise and strong leaders who do the best, not for power, but  to serve the people and make peace. Meet hostility and suspicion with kindness, and reject war making governments with love and unity and all means of kindness, to remove them from power to achieve a world of love, peace and harmony and the prosperous earth we all desire.

Are you always self confident?

I have no doubts a helping others out of love is always the best. I do not have doubts as it seems wrong to think indness is exclusively the business of religion; something to be neglected if one isn’t interested in spirituality. The world’s major religious traditions all give the development of compassion a key role. We’re all connected, and it is unthinkable to be happy all by oneself, so If you use violence, you get temporary satisfaction but the nature of violence is unpredictable – it gives rise to unexpected results. Are you always happy?

Love, compassion and concern for others are real sources of happiness. We all have the right to lead happy lives. Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible, happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.I find hope in the darkest of days, and focus in the brightest. I do not judge the universe. The important thing is to make it meaningful: a meaningful friend – or a meaningful day. Compassion is a deep desire to see others relieved of suffering; love is the other facet, a strong wish to see others happy. We all have the right to lead happy lives. Being motivated by compassion and love, respecting the rights of others – this is the real practice of religion. Anger cannot be overcome by anger.

How to handle anger?

If a person shows anger to you, and you show anger in return, the result is a disaster. Without a sense of equanimity, unbiased love and compassion cannot even get started. Today, when we face problems or disagreements, we have to arrive at solutions through dialogue. If we want spiritual development, the practice of patience is essential. When you have moistened your mind with love, you can begin to meditate on compassion. If you treat people as brothers or sisters, they respond accordingly. Without inner peace, without inner calm, it is difficult to find lasting peace. Everyone can understand from natural experience and common sense that affection is crucial from the day of birth; it is the basis of life.

How to practize spirituality ?

My aim of spiritual practice, is to become the friend of all beings”. Wonderful spiritual qualities, such as unbounded love and compassion, are present as potentials in all our minds. An open heart is an open mind, friends, genuine friends, have much more to do with whether we have a warm heart, not money or power as we have the ability and the responsibility to choose whether our actions follow a virtuous path or not. Dalai Lama

Lots of people are disappointed in their political leaders such as PM Marc Rutte, Emanuel Macron and Angela Merkel whosupport pedophiles and child brides. What would you suggest the people to do?

Child abuse such as child marriage is extreme bad and all those beasts who support child abuse must go to jail for the rest of their lives. So you have responsibility, commitment, and concern for each of your fellow human beings especially the children. Rutte, from The Netherlands, Angela Merkel and Emanuel Macron do not practice peace and they do not care to protect the innocents, they are insane, so take care and remove all those who do not act as they promised to make peace and save Mother Earth and protect the innocents. Never trust pedophile protectors and power addicted idiots as they all are extremely unfriendly. So be friendly and get rid of all those traitors. Believe in your abbilities to unite and get rid of the bad governments ad all fools that go to war. Never vote for an extremist who supports the abuse of children. Such criminals belong in prison for a lifetime. Unification an believing in yourself is the key to justice and in the change and almost everything you will start. Honest people must protect the children with all means. The people of the Nethelands are one of the most friendly and peace loving people in the world so they must stand together and unite to fight for a kind government with the best moral values so Rutte, Macron and Merkel should be fired by the people and put in prison for crimes against humanity in order to make the world a better place of love kindness and compassion to save the children from abuse and save the world from war.

How to unite a world of differences?

Love and compassion arising with a clear recognition of the importance and rights of others will reach even those who would do you harm. Most of us already forget common things like like cooking, driving a car or taking a class in University. Think about the process to reach your goals and that is to be free without religion. Planning ahead is important, especially when you are trying to reach a specific goal. Be kind and visualize each of the steps needed to reach your goals. Imagine yourself doing these steps, living each instant of them. If you want others to be happy, practice kindness and compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion.

How to resolve conflicts quickly?

We must work to resolve conflicts in a spirit of reconciliation and always keep others’ interests in mind.Moral ethics are the basis of world peace. We need an inarable combination of material and internal, or spiritual, progress.Love and compassion arising with a clear recognition of the importance and rights of others will reach even those who would do you harm so put this question to yourself: should I use everyone else to attain happiness, or should I help others gain happiness?

How to become a strong leader?

Consider tolerance and patience to be signs of weakness. I consider them signs of strength. My own experience, and that of others, has shown me the degree to which positive mental attitudes bring happiness to oneself and others. A calm and peaceful mind is something very essential as the message of love and compassion travels far and wide if all who follow a spiritual path work together in harmony and mutual respect.Try to secure the well-being of others, we will, at the same time, create the conditions for our own. The quality of altruism is fundamental, in my opinion, and will fill our daily lives with serenity and happiness.Whatever steps, however small, one can take towards learning to reduce the influence of the negative emotions can be very helpful. It seems wrong to think kindness is exclusively the business of religion; something to be neglected if one isn’t interested in spirituality. If you use violence, you get temporary satisfaction. But the nature of violence is unpredictable – it gives rise to unexpected results

What are your talents?

Hard to say, as all good qualities must be sown and cultivated. We can’t expect to change overnight from an ordinary person into one with high realizations. To control negative physical and verbal actions, it is necessary to get at their root, the mind, and tame it. If we find we cannot help others, the least we can do is to desist from harming them.We must generate courage equal to the size of the difficulties we face and try te be kind always. The very purpose of spiritual practice is to help others. Taking a realistic view and cultivating a proper motivation can also shield you against feelings of fear and anxiety.

Do you ever fear?

We must generate courage equal to the size of the difficulties we face. The very purpose of spiritual practice is to help whether we like it or not, we’re all connected, and it is unthinkable to be happy all by oneself. In the practice of tolerance, one’s enemy is the best teacher from this, happiness in both the short term and the long term for both yourself and others will come so I handle my emotions with meditation as love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries to me..

What is the prime purpose of life?

The prime purpose in life? as I said before is to help others and be kind. Practize kindness as this is a very easy way to plan ahead, it also helps you not forget anything along the way. When the time arrives and you practize compassion you will get a “déjà vue” and this comes from the fact you already imagined it. The prime purpose is always to help others and to be kind and forgive so think aboput the difference between religion and kapitalism? This explains why your dreams can feel so true. It also explains why a nightmare can feel so real and people suffer from crise and stress. Once we understand this concept you can see all the advantages of meditating properly. Strive, meditate and always stay positive, be kind and happy.  Your goals won’t happen overnight, they  also won’t happen without work. You will have to overcome many obstacles before you reach your desired goal. Human potential is the same for all. Your feeling, “I am of no value”, is wrong. Absolutely wrong.

What is the purpose of spirutual practice?

The very purpose of spiritual practice is to help whether we like it or not, we’re all connected, and it is unthinkable to be happy all by oneself so ou must be kind to yourself and do not deceive yourself. We all have the power of thought – so what are you lacking? There are always people who will work against you (if it’s not yourself doing so) or technical hurdles you will need to overcome. All good qualities must be sown and cultivated because we can’t expect to change overnight from an ordinary person into one with high realizations. NEVER discourage yourself, always stay positive and focus on being a problem solver. Keep pushing and never discourage yourself even when you think everything is lost. No one has ever achieved anything without past failures or setbacks, try to stay positive. Get backup, use your contacts and talk to people. Don’t be shy to talk to people about your new goals and how you plan to achieve them. Other people’s insight can be very important and can help skip a few steps so be kind, you can use other peoples experiences to learn quicker and get by some of the steps. In this example they are your tools) Getting help and helping, is not only smart and quicker it will also show your friends and family and the whole world that you want to learn and achieve your goals . So to answerr your question: The prime purpose in this life is to make peace and help others.

Do You trust scientists?

The best scientists are impartial, not swayed by their own beliefs. By extending our ordinary feelings of love and concern beyond their usual biased limits, love is freed from the restrictions of attachment. We should value our enemies because they provide us with unique opportunities to practice patience, tolerance and forbearance. When I speak about science, I don’t do so as a Buddhist, or a Tibetan, or as the , but as one human being to another. The most important thing is to have a sense of commitment, and concern for each of our fellow human beings. When we wish to help others and try to do so, our attitude is more positive and relationships become easier. So you need to start from a skeptical posture. The best scientists act with love. Unfortunately lots of scientists are not doing well because they earn lots of cash by not telling the truth and promoting vaccins f.e. Tedros and dr Fauci who advise to wear mouth masks that spread Infectious diseases. Fauci wrote in his books that mouthcaps are dangerous so he and Tedros who are enemy of boeddhisme should resign and never come back to harm the people with their bad advise. Buddhists do not wear mouth caps of course. It is through love and good care that health can be achieved. Aim spiritual practice and become friend of all beings and concern about them and always be ready and able to fight the corruption. Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions. I focus in the brightest. I do not judge the universe so It is necessary to save the world from corruption and evil scientists, not only in our prayers, but in our daily lives.

Do you need some kind of luxury?

Luxury? Not at all. Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. It is very important to generate a good attitude, a good heart, as much as possible. From this, happiness in both the short term and the long term for both yourself and others will come. Old friends pass away, new friends appear. It is just like the days. An old day passes, a new day arrives. The important thing is to make it meaningful: a meaningful friend – or a meaningful day. Sometimes one creates a dynamic impression by saying something, and sometimes one creates as significant an impression by remaining silent. The purpose of our lives is to be happy. The roots of all goodness lie in the soil of appreciation for goodness. The ultimate authority must always rest with the individual’s own reason and critical analysis.Today, more than ever before, life must be characterized by a sense of Universal responsibility, not only nation to nation and human to human, but also human to other forms of life. We can not live without freedom, we cannot survive without human affection. We can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves and fight the corrupt Governments and scientists. Luxery means nothing, so focus on the brightest to save the world from corruption and evil scientists, not only in our prayers, but in our daily lives.

How to built a better world?

Where ignorance is our master, there is no possibility of real peace. Whether one believes in a religion or not, and whether one believes in rebirth or not, there isn’t anyone who doesn’t appreciate kindness and compassion. With realization of one’s own potential and self-confidence in one’s ability, one can build a better world. Thats all that matters.

Are you always a humble, kind and a happy man?

Happiness comes through taming the mind as not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck so by taming the mind there is no way to be happy. When you generate a reasoned desire for others to be happy, your humanity increases in strength. The more contact we have with one another and the more we come to understand each other’s values, the greater will be our mutual respect.Enemies teach us inner strength, courage and determination. I feel that a sense of compassion is the most precious thing there is. The point of our existence is that, as human beings, we live purposeful, meaningful lives.Even a small experience of altruism brings a measure of mental peace right away. If you focus only on yourself and neglect others, you will lose; but you will gain if you value others as much as you cherish yourself. The practice of love can be expressed in one sentence:

The prime purpose in this life is to make peace and help others.

Be kind, make peace and never harm others.
